Performance Management Director

Job Description: As a Performance Management Director in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead and shape our organization’s performance management initiatives. This role will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, aligning goals with company objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maximizing organizational performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Service Delivery 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and values. This includes setting clear performance expectations, designing effective appraisal systems, and creating meaningful feedback mechanisms. 
  • Leverage strong data analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of performance management initiatives. Use these insights to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. 

Leadership 

  • Collaborate with managers and HR teams to create development plans, facilitate performance conversations, and provide targeted coaching to support employee growth and goal achievement. 
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance management professionals 

Business Development 

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in performance management, exploring the integration of new technologies or methodologies to enhance our approach. 

Culture 

  • Champion a culture of high-performance, accountability, and recognition. Promote open communication, celebrate successes, and facilitate the timely resolution of performance challenges. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) 
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in progressively responsible roles within performance management, talent management, or human resources 
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective performance management systems within an organizational context. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance-related data to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills to effectively guide managers and employees. 
  • Passion for building a high-performing and feedback-driven organizational culture.
